About
For anyone who is more comfortable in a more free ad relaxed performance setting.
Take a break from everyday life and experience a peaceful dance performance in a dreamlike natural setting!
In Once a Whisper, choreographer Helena Franzén returns to her great source of inspiration, nature. She wants to convey how it feels to be part of nature. In the performance, six dancers form a flock. The bodies move slowly and almost seem to disappear and become one with dark green moss.
The performance gives you a chance to look closely at dancers in costumes inspired by lichens and mosses. The set design transforms the room into a magical glade of streaming light, fog and rocks in a bed of moss. All to the sound of mysterious and imaginative piano music. A dance performance that lulls you into stillness.
For all ages.
