Online: Dance workshop for persons over 60 years

In these workshops our dancers guide you through different movement tasks that are easy to do from home. No previous dance experience required.

Joing the workshop

• To take part in the workshop you need a tablet, computer or other device connected to the internet.

• We use the meeting tool Zoom for the workshop.

• No password nor account is required.

• When you register for the workshop we will send you a link to the workshop.

• The link will go live aproximately 15 mins prior to the workshop begins.

• Just click on the link at the set time for the workshop and you are set to join.

Good to know

• No previous dance experience is required.

• Our dance workshops welcome all abilities.

• Wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in and make sure you have somee space to dance in.

• The workshop is in Swedish, but our dancers show the movement continuously so following should be easy.
