Marg Horwell

Marg är en flerfaldigt prisbelönt designer för scenkonst. Marg har bland annat arbetat med The picture of Dorian Gray (Sydney Theatre Company/ Michael Cassel/Adam Kenwright), The Confessions (Alexander Zeldin Company/The National Theatre), The Strange case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde (Sydney Theatre Company), The Dead City (Deutche Oper Am Rhein), The Happy End, Lorelei (Victorian Opera), The Marriage of Figaro, The Human Voice och The Call (Opera Queensland), Our Town (Theater Basel). Marg designade kostymer för The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui och Lord of the Flies samt skapade scenografi och kostymer för How to Rule the World och The Lifespan of a Fact, för Sydney Theatre Company. Hon designade för Salome (English National Opera), Avalanche (Barbican Theatre), Leviathan (Circa) och den omslutande förställningen Because The Night (Malthouse Theatre).

För Melbourne Theatre Company har Marg designat till föreställningarna Bernhardt/Hamlet, Escaped Alone and What If If Only, My Sister Jill, Girls And Boys, The Truth, Lilith The Jungle Girl (Mtc/Sisters Grimm), Sexual Misconduct of The Middle Classes, Marlin, Cock, The House Of Bernarda Alba, Birdland, Peddling, Constellations, Music.

Under 2017 var Marg residenskonstnär på Malthouse Theatre och har designat Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again, The Testament Of Mary och The Real and Imagined History of The Elephant Man, Edward II, The Good Person of Szechuan (med The National Theatre of China), Bliss, Melancholia, Blasted, The Histrionic och Caravan för teaterkompaniet. Marg har belönats för sitt enastående arbete med tre Sydney Theatre Awards och elva Green Room Awards.
