Cecile Ullerup Schmidt

Cecilie Ullerup Schmidt (she/her) is Associate Professor in Performance and Cultural Studies at the University of Copenhagen. 

She has a background in performance art and has formerly taught at the BA Dance, Context, Choreograohy at HZT, Berlin (2011-15). 

Her research examines production aesthetics, access, and asymmetries in the arts in relation to coloniality, citizenship, and racialization, alongside collective organizing in the Nordic cultural sector.
