Dario Minoia

Dario Minoia is a southern Italian artist who received his modern and contemporary education at Codarts University of Arts in Rotterdam, graduating in 2015. Over the past decade, he has danced his way across the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland, joining Scapino Ballet before moving on to Skånes Dansteater in 2019 and  Ballett Basel in 2023. In 2025, he joined Saburo Teshigawara's own company, KARAS, based in Tokyo.

Along the way, he has worked with numerous artists and makers, among them Saburo Teshigawara, Bobbi Jene Smith, Marcos Morau, Jo Strømgren, Heidi Vierthaler, Mari Carrasco, Felix Landerer, Anthea Hamilton, Tim Etchells and Vlatka Horvat, Jan Martens and Jiří Kylián.

At Skånes Dansteater, he has also led various workshops such as 'Dance for Children and Youth', 'Dance for Parkinson' and 'SWOP Dance Club’.

He is now a freelance dance artist and back at Skånes Dansteater
