Folk & Kultur 2026: Learning to Change
Skånes Dansteater is hosting a panel discussion at Folk & Kultur 2026 with this seminar presenting international research about the important role of education in creating a more inclusive future, with special focus on Sweden.
More Inclusive Performing Arts
How can culture reflect society's diversity, and how can education systems foster the talent needed for the future? Listen to the results of the groundbreaking research on accessibility in performing arts education, commissioned by Skånes Dansteater as part of the Creative Europe project Europe Beyond Access. The report reveals key insights and opportunities for change toward an inclusive future.
This seminar welcomes decision-makers, pedagogues, and cultural leaders to learn about new research on accessibility and inclusion in performing arts education. Influential panelists and representatives from education, cultural policy, and artistic practice will discuss the sector's needs, identify gaps in current structures, and how collaboration can drive change.
It's high time to challenge assumptions and shape the future of cultural policy.
