Laura Cheesman

As a former professional ballet dancer, Laura trained at The Eglevsky School of Ballet on Long Island and The School of American Ballet in New York City. 

Her career has taken her to renowned companies such as Garden State Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, The Metropolitan Opera Ballet, Universal Ballet, Malmö Baletten and finally Skånes Dansteater. 

Laura is currently the ballet teacher for Danscentrum Syd and the founder of LCDANCE, where she teaches teenagers and adults. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and love of ballet with the next generation of dancers.
