Sound of a Wire is an unpredictable visual and acoustic dialogue with silence as the pulsating master of conversation – a sensory journey into silence and the room’s hummings, an invitation to listen to the space between people.

Here, performing artist Nathalie Ruiz meets musicians Fågelle, Mats Gustafsson and Amit Sen, and in real time a dense and thought-provoking tapestry is created, where silence and listening between body, sound and audience form the central thread.

The performance Sound of a Wire is general admission. Your ticket doesn't have a specific row or seat number. The auditorium Bågscenen is located on ground floor.

There is no designated wheelchair area in the auditorium since it is all accessible.

About Nathalie Ruiz

Nathalie Ruiz is a versatile artist with over 40 years’ experience in dance, opera, theatre and film. Her art spans from theatre stages to unexpected spaces. She is a choreographer, performance and media artist, project and course leader, and lecturer. As artistic director of ARTOME, Ruiz uses culture as a driving force and ensures that the performing arts have a natural place even in rural areas. Based in Torup, she is a significant voice in Halland’s art scene.
