A particpatory performance with Sebastian Ruiz and Katarzyna Paluch. Dinner is served after the performance. 

Shaking, tremors and vibrations has captured our attention. We have been working on this bodily event  that bridges body and voice practices. We are exploring how conscious and unconscious processes can shape and transform different qualities of energy. We remain attuned to an emerging practice, a form of dynamic meditation that connects movement and voice activation. Within this frame, the practice becomes an expressive channel for a voice that has remained dormant.

The performance unfolds as a guided somatic voicing experience where the audience is free to participate or observe. It also includes a short excerpt from our work-in-progress, offering a glimpse into the piece as it continues to evolve.

After the performance, the arranger warmly invite you to celebrate the first day of the festival. They will be serving food and non-alcoholic drinks for a free donation.

A festival that aims to reduce the distance between professional dancers, enthusiasts, and diverse groups in society - connecting bodies, bridging communities.Through workshops, performances, talks, and DJ open dance sessions, different generations, cultures, and styles come together on the dance floor. 

Here, local dancers share their knowledge and invite conversations about the city’s dance community. Our bodies carry collective knowledge, and dance becomes a space for health and well-being through playfulness, mobility, and connection.

The program ranges from contemporary dance and street styles to traditional folk dance, club culture, and somatic practices.
